DEFINING YOUR LIMITING SYSTEM

Muscle Oxygen - SmO2

Your Muscles need oxygen to perform. Therefore it is important to have a good oxygen delivery system in place, but also to utilize that oxygen at your muscle. We can make those measurements, non-invasive, directly on your muscle, in real time. From the results we can determine your current limiting system and base your training on such limitations. This gives us the ability to change the training to your real needs, instead of going only by the standards.

Body Temperature

with Core Temperature Sensor

Better understand how your body reacts during workouts and training more specific to perform better in warmer temperatures or heat. Implement cooling strategies and become a more solid athlete.

LACTATE

With this test we can measure the lactate in your blood, which is another product your body produces. With lactate measurements we can also see in real life how your body responds to certain loads and can determine training Zones.
